If you are not happy with any product bought from MEDesign, simply return it to us in as new condition within 14 days of the date of receipt and we send you a full refund by return.

Despatch
Normally within 24 hours of receipt of order (Monday - Friday). Deliveries within the UK are by FedEx, an independent courier.

FedEx’s service is very reliable and your order should arrive within 4-5 days of despatch. It is often quicker (but don’t quote us !) and, to leave a margin of error, please allow 7 working days before chasing us up.

Next day delivery is available but the costs are horrendous. Please contact us for up-to-date prices.

Your parcels need a signature on delivery - for security reasons. If you are out during the day, please give a delivery address where someone can sign for your parcel (a works address or a willing neighbour are good options).

For overseas deliveries we use one of a number of carriers depending on the particular country - our aim being to get the lowest cost and fastest delivery.
