Royal Mail - Strikes
We don't use Royal Mail for parcel deliveries within the UK so are unaffected by any industrial action (aka strikes).
For parcel deliveries on the UK mainland, MEDesign use FedEx, an independent courier who provide an excellent service..

Money Back Guarantee
In addition to the individual product guarantees, all of our products are covered by our 14 day trial money back guarantee. If you are not happy with any product bought from MEDesign, simply return it to us in as new condition within 14 days of the date of receipt and we send you a full refund by return.

Products: All product prices (and postage & packing) exclude VAT.

UK Delivery charges. Delivery charges for one order to one address in the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands are:.
Order value up to £25 : Carriage is charged at £3.00
Order value up to £50.00 : Carriage charged at £5.00
Order value up to £100.00 : Carriage charged at £7.00
Order value over £100.00 : Carriage is free 
(If the value of the original order falls below £100 due to a return then the original free delivery will be amended).

International delivery:

Payments
We do not process any payment until the goods are ready for despatch.

Payment by cheque (£ sterling) & postal orders (payable to MEDesign Ltd), Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta & Solo are all very acceptable.

For credit cards please quote the cardholders full name & address, card number, expiry date and issue number (if paying by Switch)

Foreign currency payments by credit card will be converted using the exchange rates published in the Financial Times on the day of the transaction.

Despatch
Normally within 24 hours of receipt of order (Monday - Friday). Most deliveries within the UK are by FedEx, an independent courier.

FedEx’s service is very reliable and your order should arrive within 4-5 days of despatch. It is often quicker (but don’t quote us !) and, to leave a margin of error, please allow 7 working days before chasing us up.

Express delivery is available but the costs are horrendous. Please contact us for up-to-date prices.

Your parcels need a signature on delivery - for security reasons. If you are out during the day, please give a delivery address where someone can sign for your parcel (a works address or a willing neighbour are good options).

For overseas deliveries we use one of a number of carriers depending on the particular country - our aim being to get the lowest cost and fastest delivery.

V.A.T.
Prices shown on the website are inclusive of 17.5% Value Added Tax (VAT).

VAT always applies except for shipments to countries outside the European Union or where the purchaser is VAT registered.
